I just thought I would like to take a few minutes and update you with a new feature I have added for selling your property.
Whenever a Seller lists with Mike Bussiere the Listing Website is now part of the 28 Point Plan of Action for Marketing Your Property.    What is a Listing Website?    It’s a website with a Unique Website Address ‘URL’ For Your Home ONLY!    My job is to get your home sold!  With your home’s very own unique website address I try to move Buyers away from searching a multitude of websites and listings for information on your home. The objective is to isolate the information on your home so it is not lost in the midst of every other home that is for sale.
When Buyers search the typical website, even agent websites, for listing information on your home, they must first filter through the multitude of listings before they get to you.  That means you run the risk of them stumbling across another listing that just may catch their eye, sidetracking them from what’s important…  Your Listing!    With a unique website address for your home the Buyer gets sent directly to the listing information on your listing only. Once there, the Buyer can request additional information, email the listing to a friend, and even request a showing at the click of a button.    Whatever the Buyer decides to do I am sent their contact information… and you know what?  You got it!  I get to that Buyer before another agent.
