I like to remind all of my buyer clients of this simple yet important consideration. Whatever you decide buy it should have good resale potential! Why? Because we don’t know what the future will hold and we don’t know when the need to sell will arise. The need to sell can come about either through a personal decision in our own timeframe or through external pressures that are forcing the circumstance, which may or may not be in your complete control.

It’s important to me that when it’s all said and done and you’ve move in to your new real estate acquisition that you are a “happy camper”.
